These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access or use by you of applications, websites, content, products, and services made available by Sashax (the "Company"). By using our services, you confirm your agreement to be bound by these Terms.
2. The Services
Sashax provides digital solutions for habit tracking, health optimization, and fitness. These services include, but are not limited to, the applications Oasis: Longevity & Habits and BoxBell.
3. Medical & Health Disclaimer (Specific to Oasis)
Sashax is not a medical organization. The content provided within Oasis, including biohacking protocols, longevity science insights, and habit suggestions, is for informational and educational purposes only.
It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

4. Subscriptions and Payments (The Wisdom Tier)
- Billing: Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Cancellations: You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store Account Settings.
- Refunds: All financial transactions are handled by Apple Inc. Sashax does not process refunds directly.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, titles, and interests in the services (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of Sashax and its licensors.
